To qualify for an exchange or refund, the returned perfume must meet the following guidelines:

  • The perfume must not be used excessively (maximum 10–15 sprays only)
  • The fragrance can be tested lightly to check the scent
  • The bottle, packaging, and accessories must remain in original condition
  • Products that are damaged, tampered with, or heavily used may not be accepted
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
