Customers can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving their order.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for an exchange or refund, the returned perfume must meet the following guidelines:
- The perfume must not be used excessively (maximum 10–15 sprays only)
- The fragrance can be tested lightly to check the scent
- The bottle, packaging, and accessories must remain in original condition
- Products that are damaged, tampered with, or heavily used may not be accepted
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
How to Request an Exchange or Refund
To start your exchange or refund request, contact our customer support team with your order details.
Our team may ask for:

Exchange Policy

If your exchange request is approved:
- Delivery charges for exchange orders will be covered by us
- Replacement orders will be shipped with zero additional COD charges
- If the selected fragrance has a different price, the remaining amount will be adjusted accordingly

Once the returned perfume is received and inspected by our quality team:

Approved refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account
Refunds are usually processed within 2–3 working days

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Every order is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive:

Non-Eligible Returns
